1. Renter's Agreement with Owner
When Renter signs the Rental Agreement Summary, Renter accepts these terms and conditions annexed to the Rental Agreement Summary and/or as displayed on the digital tablet and/or the Rental Agreement Jacket (together, the Agreement). The terms and conditions of this Rental Agreement are entered between the Renter (as named on the Rental Agreement Summary) and Owner.
2. Rental Period
Renter has the right to use the Vehicle until the return date indicated on the Rental Agreement Summary (“Rental Period”). Owner may agree to extend the Rental Period orally or in writing (“Extended Rental Period”) but the overall Rental Period may never be more than 60 days. If Renter has prepaid the Rental Costs to qualify for a “special offer” rate, Renter may not be entitled to any refund due to early termination. Renter won't be refunded in case of booking the car for the wrong dates. Confirming the dates is the responsibility of the renter.
3. Use of the Vehicle
Eligibility:Renter must be in the possession of a driver's license valid in the country in which the rental originates and valid for the vehicle category applicable to the Vehicle, and at least 25 years of age unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Authorised Drivers: Only the Renter is permitted to drive the Vehicle unless the Owner expressly permits additional drivers who meet the eligibility requirements.
Prohibited Use: The Vehicle must not be used by anyone other than Renter or an Authorised Driver; for hire or reward; for any illegal purpose; for racing or testing; while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or drugs; or to go to countries other than the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.
4. Renter's Main Obligations
Renter is required to: always lock the Vehicle when left unattended; return with the same fuel level unless otherwise agreed; bring the Vehicle back to the agreed return location; pay any fines or charges incurred during the Rental Period; use the appropriate fuel as indicated in the Vehicle.
Rental Costs already include unlimited mileage, Damage Waiver, Road Assistance Protection, and Additional Insurance Coverage including glass and tires. Any third party liability is included. All toll charges are included as part of your rental.
We do not include or provide any personal cover. We recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover any possible personal and medical expenses.
If you decide to return the car early, we will not receive any refund or credit, neither will you. Any reduction in the rental period must be agreed upon prior to pick-up.
Additional Driver

Deposit
At the desk on pick up, you will be asked for a €1 deposit with a credit card. This card has to be in the name of the driver. This deposit is required to cover any ancillary charges incurred.
We can facilitate the use of a debit card. However in this case you will be asked for a deposit of €250. Debit card must be brick bank-issued not online/internet bank such as Revolut.
Cancellation Policy
You are entitled to a full refund if canceling 7 days prior to your arrival dates. Within 7 days, an administration fee of €70 will be deducted from your refund.
