Drogheda

Drogheda is the largest town on Ireland's east coast between Dublin and Belfast. The branch is at the Drogheda Retail Park on Donore Road, just off the M1 motorway.

Newgrange, the 5,000-year-old passage tomb older than the pyramids, is fifteen minutes west. The Boyne Valley, one of the most historically significant landscapes in Ireland, surrounds the town. The medieval ruins of Monasterboice, with its famous high crosses, are ten minutes north.

Drogheda is the ideal pickup if you are visiting Newgrange or exploring Ireland's Ancient East. It is also the first stop north of Dublin on the M1 if you are heading to Belfast.
